I suppose it's plausible - cows are one of the biggest polluters of Greenhouse gases these days and they probably have smaller farts than dinosaurs.
That's a myth; the net contribution from cattle -more from burps than farting by the way, although significantly more 'potent' pound-for-pound than CO2, is far less than the net contribution from electrical production burning fossil fuels (coal, oil and gas).
