Now i know you will say the season hasn,t finished yet but after tomorrow our thoughts go to when the fixtures will be out (usually around June 11th). last year our start was not the best
Liverpool away now i don,t mind playing away first and to get a point at Anfield was good
Newcastle at Home was not the fixture you want for your first Home game.

my question is
Would you be happy to play Newcastle as our first away game of next season.
Would you like to play one of the newcomers as our first home game

Really looking forward to the derbies next season, so unlike Siddall I'm not bothered when they come but if I was being picky, I'd play Everton or Wigan first and second games, as they both dont start their season until mid January. Lol

Derbies should be first and last games of the season....

Imagine the fun and games.

no and no for me

I would hope we play newcastle around november time then our squad will of had plenty of time to get used to each other

If I could choose the first 5games and the last game I would want...

Tottenham (H)
QPR or Bolton (A)
Wigan (H)
Aston Villa (A)
Everton (H)

Stoke (H)

Everton (H) or (A) First would be ideal, but seeming we always get them on boxing day, can't see it happening followed by any of the three promoted sides.

With Newcastle I would like us to get them (H) and (A) in close succession, every season all sides get a fixture against another team roughly 4-5 weeks apart. This season for us was Wigan, think it was Everton previous though not certain, so for me newcastle nxt season.

Last game, avoid any of the so called top 6.
