I hate to say this but Shawcross will be lucky to return to his best after this injury. Anyway im not too bothered as I thought we were more solid without a half fit shawcross. Id take a point tomorrow and im hoping we get at them right from the start.

Agreed Ricc. Unfortunately I know an awful lot about back / spinal injuries and even if Jowlers says I'm a few years older than Ryan :) ... You can never have a 100% recovery...Tiger Woods for example

Next 10 prem games have a lot weighing on them. We are not a bottom half team but unforced individual errors and a lack of cohesion have made us look amateurish at times.

Watford at home (W)
S'land Away (W)
United at home (L)

Everton at home (D)
Baggies Away (D)
Palace at home (W)
Spurs Away (L)

Borough at Home (W)
City Away (L)
Chelsea at Home (L)

I reckon we need 12 points minimum from these giving us a bumper April to finish off the season where 5 wins are feasible if we have ironed out our issues.

Well an unexpected point against United, so I'm hoping for a win and a draw out of the next two games as we appear to be gaining momentum and potentially going on one of our mini runs. Ideally we need to beat both Everton and the Baggies to reduce the deficit to that coveted 7th place. I wonder if Berhinio will play against West Brom?

I should bloody well hope so...if he isn't up for that one, gawd help us <laugh>

After two good results against united and Everton we go and out in a performance like that against Pulis!
