Fixtures 2011/2012

Thats a really good end of season. after chelsea. good for a CL push

 

I can't forecast scores for 3 matches in advance but I would hope for a wider score than 1-0 v Everton and City. We had too many one goal wins last season but I don't see why not 2 clean sheets. Let's see how Man U do against WBA first.

 

Worst thing is about this, is that you get loads of fixtures moved due to cup matches and that. Not even considering postponements due to potentially bad weather if it's anything like last year. You can sometimes get 2 teams playing each other in the home and away fixtures in the league within weeks of each other, which spoils it a bit in my opinion.

But yeah, can't really complain with the way it's sitting now. That run-in at the end will hopefully be a nice time for us Spurs fans!

 

well we got a good end to the season none of that rubbish where we have to play manu,chelsa,barca,bayern,madrid just to get top 4

 

and the good thing about the begining of the season is that the results can be a bit unpredictable and well im glad we playing the americans at thier ground second game on

 

Happy with that, but I've noticed we've got Europa Lg. 2 days before United away and the following City game, so expect them to be shifted from Saturday.

 

Good end to the season if we are still in contention but a tough start we could end up with 2 points from 8 games

 

Hope we don't draw some bunch of Israeli goat-herders away before United!

 

But you cannot possibly know when is a good time to play them ahead of the season. Who's to say we wont have a full squad to choose from at the end of the season and the gooners, mancs and Chavs wont have depleted squads. An tough games only affect morale badly if we lose them. When we qualified for CL, a good (albeit slightly lucky) win against the goons set us up for a great run

 

I remember when Derby got relegated with a record low points total.
Their first four away games were Man City, us, Liverpool and Arsenal.
They lost all four and it totally ****ed their confidence.

 

Don't forget that those other top teams will be just as worried about us as we will be about them. We are tough opponents for anybody so let's show the others some confidence. It could just be that the other top teams could drop a run of points too. I like our first three games,they will be a good test for us. Harry has said that he is excited by the start and I totally agree with him,let's go.
