Sound like sweet peppers. Bit sweet for my pallet, I prefer hot acidic peppers, but I will chuck sweet in too, just not too much.
Tesco call them Chiquino Peppers mate, yeah small sweet and crunchy. More food than fitness this thread innit.
Ah yes. They're good in a stirfry. poc choi, chard, baby corn, tiny splash of oil in a hot pan for about a minute. Crunch yum.
So do all the green ones eventually turn red or yellow? So what you're saying is the green ones are just not ripe? no wonder they taste so bad.
Does it hurt you where your elbow is and sometimes up your neck when you press your shoulder? If so it could be a torn rotator cuff. If you've trapped/pinched a nerve in your shoulder, deep heat, hot towels, thai massage etc, should help, all you need to do is relax the area. Edit: The problem isn't necessarily in the shoulder, so go for a full upper body thai massage. The muscles around the spine are the place to go for trapped nerves anywhere.
