I'd be more worried about the lack of cross board threads if I was you.

    correct

    correct

I understand that is what you have been saying. I also understand that you are wrong.

No, that is not what i have been suggesting at all. Not even remotely.

Losing THIS tax dispute means cheating.

A tribunal established to see if Rangers cheated returning a verdict that Rangers cheated doesn't mean they have cheated.

Gumbo, I don't believe you are stupid. However on this this topic you are an idiot.

what the **** do you think the tribunal is set up to do?<doh>

Gambol please go into a room by yourself and say out loud ten times "Rangers have cheated". Gambol it might help you to accept normality.
It is not your fault that Rangers have cheated, it is no stain on your character. Rangers are not the first club to cheat and they probably
won't be the last. Where Rangers went wrong, was getting caught. Rangers thought they had insulated themselves against any probing
or investigating by having their men and people of Rangers persuasion and thinking in the key positions. However David Murray got in too
deep and took his eye off the ball and allowed fair and decent men in key positions of SFA and SPL. It is quite limited what Campbell Og can
    do in the circumstances.

    Wow.

You admit that losing a tax dispute does not mean you did anything wrong. Finally.

Unfortunately you then without basis say that you know THIS tax dispute is cheating. Really? I say again. Wait for the result of the tribunal. The guys that are involved in the dispute do know the facts. You don't.

    I'm having trouble deciphering this:

Anyhoo, I'll have a stab at it...

The common misconception seems to be that a verdict was given. It hasn't. Never was. HMRC say Rangers owe money. Rangers say they don't. It couldn't be sorted out (agreed) between them so it was raised to tribunal/appeal. Both sides can raise it to such at any time. It means no more than failure to reach amicable agreement. No guilty, no innocent. The tax lawyers get involved to sort out the dispute.

It seems the hard of thinking among us still cannot grasp that simple point.

Given that the terms of reference for any tribunal are transient, of course not every single "tax dispute" is going to establish cheating. You have invented an argument that I never had

Yes. Really. The first tier tribunal has been established to see if Rangers have done anything illegal. Given that you concede demonstrable "flaunting" of tax laws by Rangers equates to cheating it is abso-****ing-lootly 10000% certain beyond any shadow of any doubt that losing this case means that Rangers have acted illegally and therefore cheated. This happy middle ground of losing the case and not having cheated exists only in your mind.

waiting for the result of the tribunal is not going to change this.

I don't know what you are trying to say. Or why you are trying to say it. I have a theory that when we first discussed this topic that you realised that you made a massive **** of yourself and are now softening that position to say that Rangers will have cheated but only if the tribunal can demonstrate that..... That is, of course what Hector is trying to prove to the tribunal, so very obviously they will have shown that Rangers have "flouted" the tax regulations.

It saves you from looking a complete dick.

It is just a theory, but I can't think of any other reason you would pursue this utter **** argument.

Yup... You are hopelessly out of your depth.

Why are the administrators challenging the ticketus deal? If they get that deal null and void then craig whyte becomes a secured creditor as he would have technically put his own money into the club. He would then be looking for his 25 million back before agreeing any sale. It does seem these administrators are working for whyte. Strange decision!

I was thinking the same thing yesterday, also if The administrators win their case against Ticketus that would Torpedo the Blue Knights "note of interest" (Not an offer).

I've struggled to get my head round what those two from D&P have been up to since they arrived. Almost the very first thing they did was try and sign Cousin on £7k a week when the first thing any other administrators taking over a club do is get rid of the high earners.

The funniest thing is that D&P are earning more per week from Rangers than the top three highest paid players put together.

D & P are getting about 80-100k a week top 3 earners are now on wages of about 5k a week.

To be honest nothing has changed. Rangers future will be decided by the big tax case, lose that and its curtains. Win it and they'll survive but will be weakend for a couple of years.

Where is this information about Duff and Felch?

Apart from multiple parties now trying to buy the club?
