You are funny. They are disputing whether tax is owed or not. In other words, an err, dispute. I think you'll find that the tax lawyers in the tribunal are indeed arguing over implementation of the tax legislation (and interpretation thereof) regarding EBT's. What the **** else would they be arguing about? If Rangers are found to have flouted that legislation they have cheated. You are informed of **** all.
