Nothing you posted above from your desperate trawling of this forum demonstrates a change of my position. My position is, and always was, that losing the tax case does not automatically mean cheating. A point I did harden my view on was that if the rules were implemented incorrectly ( a **** up by Rangers an/or their advisors ) it was an excuse I had decided didn't hold water. If they broke the rules, they cheated. They can still lose the tax case even if they didn't do anything wrong (a point you agree with). You admit to knowing nothing about the case yet while agreeing that the tax case can be lost without any wrong doing having occurred you still have Rangers guilty. That just doesn't add up.
