The Prem is a vastly overrated league anyway for all those who like to watch entertaining football, I enjoyed watching Juve v Roma yesterday a hell of a lot more than I would have done Swansea v Man U, Southampton v Norwich I fell asleep, and they try to flag this garbage up as Super Sunday too

I douby anyone ever thought Dion Dublin would end up a ManU player? A player like Austin, a man who scored a PL goal every other game for a **** QPR, would probably score more given the number of chances created for him by a better team ................ Austin to ManU? ......... stranger things have happened.

Dublin was at a time when Utd were trying to get back to where they used to be. Now the players are different types that they're looking at. I think he'd be great for any team but just feel he's too low key for Utd in this day & age.

I agree, it's long odds ..... but it wouldn't surprise me though BB, someone top end of the PL might just take a punt on a striker with Austins record.

Austin scored 18 goals in a **** DQPR side. To suggest he wouldn't be a good move for Man Utd, who really need some more players up front, is pretty ridiculous IMO.

I'm saying he's to low key as a signing for someone like Utd. He'd probably be great but they're always looking at a higher level of player, even though Austin has proved himself at PL level.
Not many of the top teams are rummaging around for Championship players!

I think our start has flattered us - of the five opponents so far, only Wolves will finish in the top half (though they've just lost the excellent Dicko, potentially for some time).

Brighton, Cardiff and QPR will leave us with a better idea of how we stand.
