There's a world of difference from raping someone to singing a song.

Getting the jail for singing a song is ridiculous.

Aye sure laws are for control. Humans need boundaries for we are apt to go over the score. Therefor the law is there to keep us on the straight and narrow.

Time moves on though and as it moves on then new problems arise and new laws have to be brought in accordingly to deal with arseholes who haven't got the brains they were born with.

In the grand scheme of things the Internet is a brand new thing. The authorities are playing catch up because, like everything else it is being abused by bampots. Laws and legislation has been brought in on the hoof. Some good, some not so good. Throughout human history this has happened. No point in bleeting about it now.

If you can't do the time then don't do the crime.

Why are you asking that...if its nothing to do with this case?

It seems a bit of a random question in all truth.

    We were arguing about CONTROL

You have moved onto the title of the thread

The title had a purpose and it's since been achieved
