Seems like a player very much in the Kone mould but I'm strongly hoping that doesn't mean he's leaving. That wouldn't be progress. Fair play to the club for getting this done, I think we've been after him for a while as I remember seeing his name linked and thinking I didn't have a clue how to say his name.
I don't remember a great deal about him to be honest Nantes were never on that much being a less popular side. I think he was partnering Veretout there and they did a fairly decent job together, I dunno if the price is great or not mate, it's always hard to tell with Ligue 1 defenders, like Amavi, he was the best defender in Ligue 1 statistically, he went to **** at Villa.

Never heard of him, my worry is 2 fold. 1. This is a Kone replacement 2. This is instead of Mvilla If neither of the above is true then I am very happy.
That`s the niggle at the back of the mind isn`t it? The thing is, all the other stuff is just paper talk and, let`s be honest, not a single one of them got a whiff of this deal. They have no more idea than any of us. I still think there`s life in the M`villa deal yet mind.

See I do agree with that but we don't know anyhow. If kone goes we don't know if this lad is better or worse than him. He may be as good in the tackle and better on the ball. The talk is he's been brought in for the dm spot (admittedly from Facebook so probably bollocks!)
I agree with that completely. Loads if people seem to blame our board fir not getting it done because the papers say it's down to the fee. If that's the case and the papers are right, why did none if them know about the lad we've just signed until today? Papers know **** all.
We'll find out soon enough, club will go on, players coming and going but class player and I do think if he wants to be with us there'll be no issue. We'll see mate!
