We need to be sensible and we won’t be able to attract top top players for years. Need the spine of the team improved urgently and I would want PL experience to ensure survival: CB - Conar Coady 28 in his prime. Solid player one who you could rely on and would probably sign in a heartbeat. CM - James ward-prowce 26 again in his prime. Scores and gets assists. Freekick specialist. Got that bite about him. Not Hollywood I know but just what we need right now. S -Lautaro Javier Martínez 24 this would be the blockbuster signing. An absolute whippet and machine and scores goals. Last 3 years he has been immense. Ive gone for reliable at the back and midfield and a marquee striker for the future. The formation is 3-5-2 Dubz Coady Schar Lascelles (club cap otherwise it would be Ferno) Lewis (LWB) Manq (RWB) ASM (AML) but slightly more central Ward Prowse (CM) Miggy (AMR) but slightly more central Wilson MARTINEZ
You could drop the CB and put it to a 4-4-2 if needed and include erm another CM but it would be one of Shelvey, Hayden and Longstaff who might actually work alongside JWP. Thus it would be Dubz Lewis Schar Coady ASM (LW) JWP (CM) Longstaff (CM) Miggy (RW) Wilson Martinez Nothing fancy.
No - Ward-Prowse is dog **** other than set pieces. He could however be the modern day replacement of Shelvey
This is a good shout. Not getting any playing time at Man Utd but a very good player. Get a few of these in from Europe and it will be a great rebuilding step. Buy not loan though
Just let them get on with it. If they make bad signings they'll just sign someone else and throw the failures in a skip
I wasn't planning on interfering! You may not believe this but I don't have any influence with out new consortium overlords. Just like a good speculation
Some players with experience of winning things, a couple of mercenaries, and then wait to see who get 90+ratings as potential wonderkids when FM22 comes out. That be my guess.
Forgot he was still ****ing captain tbh, hardly ever plays so why the feck is he captain? Fernandez is the obvious choice.
