That's what I said, you're **** and have won nothing, of course being a plastic you also followed Leeds when they were winning cups. What a w####r, bet you're a man City fan this season.
Well he used to support Leeds, then switched to Hull, then had 2 seasons with Huddersfield, now I think he's waiting to see who starts the best. Can see him switching to man City soon though TBH.
I never followed Leeds. I worked and lived in Leeds for a while and was going out with a girl who was a big Leeds fan. But in 3 years whilst Leeds won the Fairs Cup, the League and the League Cup I only missed one City home game. I leave being a plastic to people like you.
Stupid ****. You have no idea. Been supporting Hull City, my local team, for over 50 years. I support my local team, unlike inadequates from Cheshire and Ireland.
Oxymoron You are old enough to have a grandson and come on here acting like a 12 year old. I bet the grandson is really proud of you.
Who’s this knob jockey, ignore the illiterate twat, they do get bored eventually but lately have you noticed we seem to be getting more than our fair share since they took Jeremy Kyle show off the air
I find it annoying to be honest that a thread created to discuss important financial investment has been hijacked by a senile grandfather and his ramblings. Can we use this thread for what it was meant for or close the ****ing thing altogether. I saw activity on it this morning and foolishly though there may have been an update on the main point of interest
Do you honestly think the grandson, if one exists, is likely to be any brighter cos I dont. Certain elements seem to breed that way
More so than any other set of supporters I’ve met, Hull City fans have a negativity towards anyone supporting a team outside of their home city or town, particularly when it comes to Leeds. They have some decent posts and posters on their own forum but as soon as Leeds United get mentioned it’s like a fuse blowing. They often debate us on their own forum and the hatred usually stays there.
I'd agree with that I've literally just been looking at the LOL @ TWS started by DMD, well done for putting the case forward but hell are they a bitter set of nonces. But lets knock this on the head and get back to discussing the possible take over or finance deal
Unfortunately, ristac, reasonable Leeds fans like yourself are a minority. Leeds fans, at least Leeds fans from Leeds, would have contempt for people from Leeds supporting Man .Utd, .Liverpool, .Chelsea or anyone else. And quite rightly so. Proper fans support their local team. I once told you about my connections to Leeds. But I support my local team where I was born. As do my kids even though when they got interested in football all their mates at school were glory hunting with teams they had no connection with and we were in the fourth tier. Whenever they have done something to annoy and exasperated me, which is often, I can at least have the consolation they got that right.
I actually started by making a serious point. It was investment not buying the club. Which is what some people like ChesireWhite thought. But, to be fair, he seems incapable of getting anything right.
No worries we all have items to discuss and points to make and you did make a valid point, it's just getting a bit off track now, so if you wouldn't mind?
Genoa didn't get relegated from Serie A Leeds chief to buy Genoa? 1 day ago / autty It’s reported Qatar Sports Investments are in talks to purchase Leeds United rather than Roma, whose owner Andrea Radrizzani could then buy Genoa. please log in to view this image This summer there will be more than simple player transfers in a rumour merry-go-round, as several clubs around Europe’s big five leagues are changing hands. Roma President James Pallotta denied claims he had met with QSI officials and it seems he was right, because the Financial Times suggests they are instead in advanced negotiations to buy up English Championship club Leeds United. Sources in France point to this story having far more credibility than the one linking Paris Saint-Germain owners QSI with Roma. In turn, current Leeds United patron Radrizzani is ready to pack up his English investment and move back to Italy by completing a takeover of Genoa, according to Italian reporter Matteo Pedrosi. This would largely depend on whether Genoa can secure their Serie A status, as they go into the final round of the season in the relegation zone. Genoa President Enrico Preziosi announced last week that he was putting the club up for sale after months of intense protests from the fans.
One thing our clubs have in common is they are in a state of chaos and unlikely to see the PL in the near future. Never thought I would see my club in the top flight, an FA Cup or play in Europe. But after 45 years of following them I did.Don’t honestly expect to see any of them again. But I have seen all three so can die a happy man. My only thoughts regarding the rise from the fourth tier to the top are that the journey was better than the arrival. Our owners are destroying the club. Must be the only club to see its crowds decrease and long time fans walk away during their most successful period.
I obviously know or build a picture of the characters in here, sure I get it wrong sometimes but you get to know those that enjoy banter, those that love to press buttons, those with more rose tinted glasses than others and those more negative than others and over time you get to read backgrounds and why certain posters support Leeds and what kind of person they are in general. It would be the same for you in the Hull forum so when you’re not used to a posters style it can soon turn sour. If the topic of football was banned and you and Chesh were in the same bar enjoying a pint I bet you’d get on great
