Good result against the Italians, but boy don’t Arsenal good with Gabriel Jesus doing what no one at Chelsea can do, score a hatfull !! Arsenal will rock the socks off a few teams now with all their new players already right up to speed. As for us?? Anyones guess. Arsenal Arsenal were pretty good for most of the back end of last season. Getting a fast mobile striker in to compliment their build up play will see them surprise a lot of teams.
We seem to be buying unproven youngsters, trying to sell off players like Levi Colwil, letting home grown youngsters go on loans but not getting a run with us, missing out on every striker who’s any good, not getting rid of our deadwood, not playing Broja. I think we did better when Audi WASNT involved in our transfers. He wont give our youngsters a go, even stopped selecting Chalobah. Cant work him out at all and seriously unimpressed with the new owners skill at transfers. If we actually have a plan, would love to know what it is.
