"who thought at the beginning of the season we would finish that high?" Not me. I would have settled for 1 place above relegation. As far as I am concerned every position above that is a bonus. For me the ideal finish to the season is an away win against one of the top 4. Oh Dear we only have Man U to play...........................
I'd like to finish above the Canaries - absolutely nothing against them, good club and supporters. Just good old fashioned bragging rights in that we finished the best of the promoted clubs. It's why I'm so p****d off that we only drew against Wolves. With our better goal difference we would have had a bit of daylight between us. That said, my early season prediction was 14th/15th so I can't complain. Much!!
Ivor, I totally agree with you. I have a mate who is as much a Canary as I am Jack, and we have quite a few beers on it at the end of the season. Also, from something that went on earlier in the season, a certain Canary did not like what I said 'on our board' so sent me the following PM: supernorwich23 - 25/10/2011 06:30 PM. You are an idiot, i sincerely hope Swansea get relegated. He was often on here, so I am saving it till the end of the season, then send it back to him - with love and kisses!!!!!
