Last week ... Thermodynamics

This week ... Optical lobe function

I've got to say, he does take being wrong to a whole other level.
Learn to read *****
that's not how the occipital lobe functions.

Any cùnt who can't watch a film and read subtitles at the same time is a fùcking *****.
I don't really sit down and watch stuff, I may watch a bit, then listen to what is going on as I do something else, so foreign language films are generally out.
Bit hard to read subtitles when you're not looking
you'll probably get a few idiots agree with you
And, unsurprisingly, I was right again.

just fully caught up with a series called sugar with colin farrell. A noir detectve series which i'm really enjoying. Super artsy. 9/10 so far

Watched the first 2 episodes of Sugar last night. It's very good.

Farrell's character (even though he's a gumshoe not a mafia hitman) definitely has shades of Travolta's in Get Shorty.

They've lifted other elements of Get Shorty in the story and other characters as well.

Highly enjoyable. Will be binging the rest over the weekend.

Still remember seeing the first film with Charlton Heston back in the 70's at the cinema ... really enjoyed it and what a wow moment at the end when he discovers the top of the Statue of Liberty sticking out the sand! - brilliant for its' time ...

The ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare

Based (loosely I should think) on true events this is total Ritchie fare. Or Warfare as it happens.

Excellent cast doing daring do, killing Nazis galore.

Pure popcorn but definitely sweet not salted. A very decent watch.

7/10

Had quite a nice day out in the sun, just come back from a bbq at some toff lawyer's gaff and now really in the mood to watch The Maltese Falcon.

Going to put my feet up and stick that on. Bogey at his lyrical best, the perfect film to finish a gloriously radiant day.
