Similar with the first; just a fun, over the top action-packed watch. Sort of like a military Aussie John Wick. You don't watch it for the story or anything, just seeing people getting ****ed up in creative and brutal ways.

Yeh he completely ignored the whole concept of MI.

First is still the best imo.

There have been some other very good sequels. The one with Philip Seymour and the last couple.

Hard to pick a fave since McQuarrie took over they follow on from each other seamlessly Ghost Protocol maybe. Fantastic action films.

Started The Gallows Pole, 3 part series from Shane Meadows, bit of a struggle to get your head around the style of it all but it's only 3 episodes so will stick with it.
