Got the last two to finish tonight mate, enjoying it so far. I’ll judge properly after final two but would recommend it so far.

Not sure it's been mentioned on here before, I'm watching a series called The Offer.

The back story of how The Godfather was made. From Puzo writing it to the producer and Coppola coming together and mafia and FBI getting involved.

2 episodes in and it's good.

Yeah looks ****, it's under consideration for a switch off my brain film.

Last episode of season 3 The Wire right now.

Yeh it's definitely one of those tbf.

The first is the most watchable but you'll be wanting to pull your eyes out by the 3rd. It's got some top british actors in all of them as well.

Randomly stumbled across the Frighteners tonight, looked familiar and think I saw it on tv when I was a kid. Decided to watch, big mistake

A few films like that, seemed decent enough as a kid then watch them years later and they're ****.

Almost 2am and I've just binged 6 episodes of The Offer.

It's fcking mindblowing, a real gem. Gets better and better with every episode.

Miles Teller is excellent, as is Juno Temple and Giovanni Ribisi, but the two who steal every scene are Matthew Goode (he's just superb) and Burn Gorman.

The two who play Pacino and Brando are perfectly cast.

Had no idea how fcking insane it was making The Godfather. How much the mafia were involved lol.

Got to be up early tomorrow but I can't switch the thing off.

The Offer.

9.5/10

Exceptional. By far the best thing I've seen all year bar none.

I'd give it a 10 but one of you ***** will start crying.

Matthew Goode is superb. Worth watching just for his performance alone.
