Ed Harris absolutely tears up the screen in Gone Baby Gone. Owns that film.

Ill try that as i like Sean penn and it sounded alright what i just read.

Never heard of the other one he said and that usually means its ****
The things you've never heard of are various and numerous.

Last Night in Soho

Really enjoyed it and it was heading for a solid 8/10 until the ending which was a) visible from a mile off and b) utterly cack. Rarely has a 'dramatic twist' ruined a film as much as this. McKenzie and Taylor-Joy superb in lead. Brilliant casting. Loved how McKenzie's west country accent gets stronger as the film goes on and she retreats further away from the glamour of London. Really nice touch.

So yeah, 8/10 up until the final 20 mins. 2/10 thereafter. Shame.

I sat watching that and all I wanted the film to do was get to the important bit at the end.
It's like Titanic, never watched it 'cos I already know the ending. <laugh>
Just finished Titanic.
Quite enjoyed it. For a long film it ticked over at a good pace.
Ending was a bit predictable...
Solid 8/10
