Yet another film trying to hide a weak script and poor storyline behind gore and visual effects. Could have been so much better with stronger casting and developing the good cop/bad cop story arc more.
Incredible to think that Chris Rock has forged an entire career from shouting.

Quiet Place II
Was never going to be as good as the first one as it didn't have the wow factor of the aliens. But still a very solid sequel. If I had one criticism it would be that the script and screenplay don't get enough out of Blunt or Murphy, both of whom are magnificent actors but it seems Krasinski wanted to give more of a spotlight to the son and daughter this time.
