Life mate, and many of the films mentioned on here <laugh>

Last two nights i have watched some old B&W films on Talking Pictures, have come to the conclusion that actors/actresses years ago were far better than anything we have today. No SFX to flash it up just pure acting to make you believe.

naaah

some great actors around nowadays too

I get what Diego means I think, you can get totally involved with the actual acting more in old films and some films where its not all fx and blowy **** up these days.

Id agree.

Some banging actors about now tho.
No doubt

Saddest move you've ever seen?

ET was the 1st movie to make me cry, think I was about 6/7 Yr old maybe.

As and adult a few sad one's but Ima go for a not so well known one.

The basketball diary's, Leo Di caprio

Friday
City of God
The Big Lebowski

And do you know what film is pushing to be my fave ever but not quite hitting the mark but getting closer?

La La Land.

Bye.
Lala land eh.

Can't remember it tbh but I've seen it.

Really hard to pick a best film, so many different types, so many great films
I would go off films i can watch 2 or 3 times a year without getting bored. Falling Down and Dog Day Afternoon come into this as does The Usual Suspects.
That said, i enjoy fantasy films like the DC series and LoTR series.
