All 5 seasons done. Brilliant series tbf. Much better (and very different) to what I was expecting.

One thing I noticed from the off was every episode has a different director, an achievement in itself considering how consistently good it is. McNulty even directs one in Season 5.

I'm just about to start S5 - told you that you would get to the end before me .

PS Mrs was watching the Tomb Raider reboot last night and i glanced up & went hold on that fella with all the hair seems familiar and yep it was McNulty playing her Dad .

McNulty was legend in the wire, not so much in the 300 :D

I did notice over the years, McNulty character had 2 sides, good and bad, the real life actor West, is a piece of ****, just like bad McNulty, which imo was why he was so good being a pos in the wire more so than great acting ability, outside of the wire, his whole career is meh

Prob best series I've ever seen, maybe, up there with the newer BSG

I'm actually depressed. I was driving home from work and remembered there's no more episodes to look forward to tonight.

Genuinely gutted. Keep it on the go slow Solid, you'll miss it after. Series 5 is da bomb btw <ok>

I'll have a look at that Luv, but it's the characters I'll miss. Lesta Freeman is the man, if I watch him in a similar show playing a different character I'll hold it against him!

Anyway got a new sig <whistle> <laugh>
