Watched Joker tonight ... sometimes uncomfortable watching but no denying that Joachim Phoenix is superbly dark as the lead ...
Not a great film but an Oscar winning performance for sure unless you're from Jockistan where Colm MaC Tavish won it for My Life as a Chocolate Orange.

Would highly recommend The Stranger. Finished it this week. Another series in the pipeline apparently. Not sure how that will work.

Well there's a massive new secret that needs outing so the story may very well centre around that, especially the way they ended this series.

I am speaking as a man who watched Lost (except the final episode which i am glad i missed) and read the whole Dark Tower series from Stephen King.
Trust me there will be no ending and you will wonder why you bothered.
Ah ha ha how much did the non entity ending of the Dark tower piss you off? Tbf it all got rather mental when King decided to put himself into the story.

The one HIAG is talking about is a dead body of an unknown woman that arrives at a morgue in some small town. I think it has Brian Cox in it and his young apprentice. They're alone with the body... then **** gets real.
The young apprentice is his son. Very creepy film tbf. Brian Cox is good in it.
