<laugh>

Good film the 1st one mate i like a thriller ... they did a remake 30 years on so it says alot... the remake was **** btw..

How many new ideas have you seen in the last 20 years .??? Its all the same **** really. Ive said numerous times theres a few good ones but id go with things like source code, inception, gangs of new york and maybe prisoners .. we just dont have the same taste at all in movies. Im not alone in my belief btw and its usually only the younger gen that disagree. I stand by my comment that all the best films of all time are 2000 prior.

Now why dont you make like a tree

That's nothing to do with age, it's pure idiocy.

Nah it was age because he is 20 and he wont watch older films he just goes on about effects thats what theyre into now, but i suppose thats what you are served 90% of the time.. i do like clint eastwoods movies and there are some good films , but i stand by my assertion that its all been done and done better .

I find it hard to do a top 10 as time is a bitch and I've gone back and watched films that I loved and changed my mind on them, I think that sometimes it's best to leave the older films to the memory and remember how blown away you were at the time as re-watching sometimes ruins it for me.

I'll go with...

Pan's Labyrinth
The Big Lebowski
Dazed and Confused
Raiders of the Lost Ark
One More Time With Feeling
Spirited Away
Full Metal Jacket
Fences
No Country For Old Men
Pulp Fiction

I actually saw Flatliners when it was released in the cinema. The original one not the remake. I haven't watched the remake because I thought the original was so bad tbh.

It was a vehicle to put all those good looking semi talented people of the 80s together and nothing more. A Young Guns without the horses. A breakfast club with added not so scary bits.

It was tat then and its dated tat now.
