****e then

tarantino hasn't made a good film since the first killbill and before than pulp fiction which I love … all ****e since

His problem was making such a great film in Pulp Fiction it was hard to follow, are there actually any bad Tarantino films? They are all varying degrees of good imo.

hmm, decent films over the last few years?

Upgrade & Predestination were both pretty good. Both sci-fi thrillers.

I'm not really into the superhero movies, but Deadpool is worth a watch.

kill bill is utter ****, it's like a low budget amateur's attempt at copying John Woo.

I stopped at Kill Bill 2, I don't think I've seen one of his since.

Will watch Once Upon a Time..... as it looks good and I like Di Caprio and Pitt films, in general.

I kind of agree with Mick tbh, although I put it down to being older with children and not having time to go to cinema or sit down to a good three hour film.

A lot of recent stuff I've found to be gash though and I can't be arsed with all the Marvel, super hero, sci fi bollocks that gets churned out.

Brightburn is one to watch.

It has a beach.

Widne risk swimming in the water though.

Town centre is a bit run down. It's just your average seaside town tbh.

In saying that I haven't been in Ayr for years. It could be the Scottish Monaco for all I know.

As long as there is beer we'll be ok.

Going to Glasgow next month, will come back to you for some further advice then!

Cheers.

i enjoyed it just because it was a typical Tarantino vibe however i thought overall its not one of his best ones...no where near...id put it one slot above 'From Dusk till Dawn' and below all the rest. Maybe on a par with 'Inglorious Bastards'...maybe.

Brad Pitt and Di Caprio were their usual best

Inglorious Basterds is probably his weakest movie imo. This was way better.

The scenes where De Caprio is appearing in a Western were pure ****ing genius. You're watching a movie within a movie, then just as you forget that fact, De Caprio's character forgets his lines.

I'm not a fan of the Marvel DC stuff in general and agree that Kill Bill 2 was not the best but my point is that we hold all his films up to Pulp Fiction and grade them based on that which is harsh, even KB2 was a decent film compared to some of the crap out there. Hateful 8 was good as was Inglorious and Django.

Not sure I’ll bother watching Hateful Eight again - or Death Proof. But yeah, Pulp Fiction was such a masterpiece it’s almost impossible for him to go close again.

exactly my point all of those are crap bar house of flying daggers and that's more of visual presentation to watch after a joint ..

I think I would rather die than watch a film of your choice

sorry

the list I provided kicks the arse off yours

Went to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood recently. Some films have to be seen at the picture house, not on telly, and this is especially true for Tarantino's movies. Pick a comfy cinema though, because 3 hours is a long time to sit with a sore arse (@Hoddle Is A God to confirm)

It's ****ing brill btw. Not quite up there with Pulp Fiction, maybe on a par with Kill Bill rthough.
Hated it, turned it off after 20 minutes.
