We have been lucky, not much rain and no real wind.................................yet.

We live close to the river Lea in Hertfordshire and have been here for 13 years now ... the river has never been higher than it is today in all that time ... we live on a hill so don't have much to worry about ... but those that live along the road at the bottom will be getting a bit nervous if the rain continues ...

I will keep a light on <cheers>

So that any lost and weary travellers that are forced out by the floods have somewhere to go ... I believe there is a song with that title ... although the sentiment behind the offer may differ ... if you're coming please go round the back ... we have standards to live up to and hoodies and track suit bottoms positioned under the ass cheeks are considered rather hilarious (if somewhat tragic) ... just saying <cheers>
