Started to watch Better Call Saul, liked it, good pace and you know some of the characters…..

Re watched the original Day of The Jackal... great film 8.5
It was a bit too "what oh, old chap, stiff upper lip, what a jolly wheeze", it felt like a parody. Rogue Heroes does it much better, imo.
Yes but both enjoyable and neither anything special. Sometimes good to have something not take itself too seriously.

Rogue Heroes is superb, it's a show though incase you weren't aware, only 6 episodes. You can probably still watch it on iPlayer I'd imagine. Didn't have too many huge stars from what I knew but Jack O'Connell was one of the main ones and he's excellent in it. Would defo recommend it to anyone that's not seen it.

Yeah I hardly watch any stuff on tv, but even I watched Rogue Heroes, think I lost my concentration with it in a few parts but generally I would recommend. In my simple terms it reminded me of Mad Max when they were going across the desert and playing silly fookers at some old fortress or whatever it was.

I just live my life and pay no attention to this social media hyperbole, some is real and worrying, some is just made up and millions and millions of people take to their phones and lap it up. I don't think there's anything I can actually do at this point to I'm opting out. "Choose life", Renton the fictional junky was right. Tied in nicely to the film thread right there at the end, genius.

Gatsby - quite enjoyed this even though i knew what was going to happen. 7.5/10
Anyone but you - thought this was quite funny and sweeney has massive wongas. Classic cheesy ending. 7.5/10
Reservoir dogs - classic that i haven't ever seen. Lives up to the hypo imo. Great acting from all and a great way to tell a story. 9.5/10

MotD 7. Most of it was crap and would've got a 0, but the part with West Ham beating Ipswich is worthy of a 10.

Remarkable performance from Colin Farrell in this dark, pitch black telling of The Penguin's origin story. Looks like its going to be a cracker.

A hitmans world unravels as he is diagnosed with CJD and is left with very little time to get his shìt together.
Directed by and stars Micheal Keaton who does an excellent job in both roles. Good story and great performances from all involved, even Pacino
