I just watched the latest episode of Shogun on Disney+ on my 24 inch Panasonic mate and I'm betting it was a far superior experience to what you had.

I'm sure it's money well spent though despite your artex falling off the walls because the sound is that loud.

I like Panasonic, can't remember them ever doing a 24 inch set.
They did a 26 inch, I just sold mine for 30 quid plus 2 firesticks thrown in for free.
What model is it? I'm curious.

I worked for richer sounds for 2 years and acquired a 7.1 set up so **** the pair of ya
What's their returns policy like?
I bought a sub from them a few months back that's started buzzing. It's got a six year warranty. I don't want to have to take it back to be repaired cos it's a right **** on.
What's the chances of them taking the sub back and refunding me in full?

Yeah no worries, like for like replacement if they can repair it while yours is sent off, if not then a new one or again like for like replacement

Unsure on full refund
