Not really - one is a classic with a stellar cast - the other, an interstellar mess with a bunch of B listers (Charlie Hunnam's bizarre Northern Oirish accent on a par with his Green St cockerrnee I.e. pretty awful)

Absolutely no need for it either just make him do an accent he can actually pull off ffs
As usual, I think they'll be an even better read than watching the series. Although I do rate the series.
Watched 20 mins, got bored, switched it off.
It's so hard to find something original on Netflix or Prime these days. They're all the same ****e regurgitated. Makes me wonder who authorises this ****e to be made? Usually when something original does appear you hear about it.
Over the Christmas hols I like watching the modern 3 part series on random Agatha Christie books. Probably reminds me of my childhood. I've watched the new "Why Didn't They Ask Evans", "And Then There Were None", and will watch "Ordeal by Innocence" in the next few days. Some quality actors in all tbf.

Nah that's the 2 main characters. She, Lucy Boynton, is sexy af
"Why Didn't They Ask Evans?" are the last words of the bloke who gets murdered on the golf course. I'm guessing his murder was filmed at Three Cliffs bcos he gets found at the bottom of one!
Watching Mr Bates vs The Post Office regarding the scandal where 550+ postmasters had their lives destroyed with false allegations, wrongful prosecutions for fraud and an attempt to cover it all up afterward.
