They shouldn't have messed with Paddington, the ending was so good in the first film they should have just left it there. All the resurrection nonsense and the death of his parents in 2 was simply unnecessary.
I watched 2 with my kids during the Christmas hols. Hugh Grant is very good in it. I think Paddington is gay.
Films are few and far between, so I'm sorry @Roy Munson but I'm gonna talk about a series instead. I watched that new Netflix series the Witcher. Love the games, specifically the third one, so I was surprised at how much the series doesn't capture the mood of that game. And its also staggering that it was Netflix who got the rights to make a series and not HBO. I think everything Netflix makes looks cheap and has an indie vibe, everything on HBO looks ****ing beautiful. Did everyone watch Chernobyl?
Wasnt a fan of witcher 3 tbh. Tried watching the show and big demon things just put me off straight way. Been watching the purge series on amazon and thats good if you like the films. Also been watching the mandalorian but its gone off the boil after a a decent start. Chernobyl was brilliant btw really enjoyed that as i wasnt born when it happened or too young to remember it anyways, so found it extremely interesting.
World War 1 So on the trenches and a soldier is ordered to take a letter commanding the General stationed at another frontline to not send his troops over the trenches...since it's a trap...about a 9 mile trip this is The film is about the journey. It's made in a way where the whole film is one scene...no cut scenes...tense...won't ruin it for ya
Might give this a watch tomorrow after your lil review, i usually enjoy a war film. Saying that, dunkirk was ****ing gash
Depends what you're looking for...it's not a constant blood bath...it's tense, psychological...perfect after a big phat one...gets you in the zone and the movie delivers The fast n furious fanboy types might not get it
