I didn't say it was on a level with Raiders, but that it's aged as well as Raiders.Don't be daft Raiders is a classic.

Okay then. I remember thinking it was a cool show but can't remember really following it. I was about 10 when it came out. I don't really look back fondly on TV series when I was a kid,, the format was **** with no story arc just single episodes.I didn't say it was on a level with Raiders, but that it's aged as well as Raiders.

I imagine blokes of my age would respond to Favourite 80's TV show? With The A Team, Chips, Magnum Pi etc. Mine was Butterflies.![]()

Moonlighting was a fave as well, very good dynamic between Willis and Shepherd. That explains a lot
Mine was Miami Vice... and Moonlighting

I agree, really enjoyed that show. Never go back though these things are for the memory.Good wacky script too. It was fresh, that sort of off the wall stuff had never been done before.
No, like Indians Jones, sort of.I don't remember The Golden Monkey thing btw.
Was it like Monkey? With Buddha and Tripitaka?

Someone's missing My Little Pony. The 80's has to be the pinnacle of kids TV though surely.
lol, and the littlest hobo.Actually some of the foreign stuff was quality.
Who remembers The Red Hand Gang or The Kids of DiGrassi Street?
Anyone remember "it's your move" with a teenage Jason Bateman as a bit of a scam artist? That was funny as ****, but too many parents complained and it got cancelled.
lol, and the littlest hobo.
Butterflies was ok, not as good as Dear John though.I imagine blokes of my age would respond to Favourite 80's TV show? With The A Team, Chips, Magnum Pi etc. Mine was Butterflies.![]()
Same writer I think, Carla Lane. Preferred Butterflies but liked both.Butterflies was ok, not as good as Dear John though.

A few years later, Hot Metal, about a newspaper, that was ****ing hilarious.
