2nd series was alright but not as good as the first. It was always bound to be a bit of a climbdown after the first series which was excellent.

Some dark manoeuvres by Stringer as well. Avon aint out yet but ****s gonna unfold there I'm guessing. Anyway no spoilers you batard!

about halfway thru 4 so it wasn't me saying 4 is brilliant though i fully expect it to be . I thought S2 took some time to really take off probably because the first couple of episodes had very little connection to what came before but the latter part of the series was really good .
This , for me anyway , is one of the few of much hyped tele / films that has actually lived up to the hype .

Agree about the 2nd series, it was good the way they bring the team back together because the Chief wants his son in law Prez to investigate the docks. That's when it starts to kick on.

I'm off this week so expect to have season 3 done by the end of it.

3 films watched these past 3 evenings:
Borat pt II - 3/10. Uncontrolled laughter at times with the original. Barely sniggered during this. Tediious.
The Gentlemen 6/10. Ok. Nothing more to add.
The Bucket List 8.5/10. Not breaking new ground in any way, but polished from start to finish.

Would agree with all those marks but thought you were a tad generous towards Borat 2.

When you see Matt Damon in rl, it just ruined it all for me, 5'9" with a giant head.

I couldn't take Bono seriously any more when I learned he wore stilts in his cowboy boots. <laugh>

Prince tho, that **** didn't let being a short arse slow him down, the birds he pillaged, jebus

Don't forget the John Everymans of this world, Bruce Willis being the most recognizable.
Imagine how bad a movie with 'John McClane when there are no terrorist plots to foil' would be
2 hours of complaining, drinking and stinking in a vest <laugh>
