Just watched Joker.
Was a bit meh.
Expected better.

 

What were you expecting?

for me, it delivered

 

Agreed, it was okay, bit Iver Hyped for me expected better.

 

Something a bit more that him being mad and killing a few people.

I wasn't expecting more story as I know it was loosely based on the famous comic the killing joke.

It was good representation of that imho.

Just don't think he blew me away like say ledger did. Not fair to compare roles I suppose but yaknow

 

I was expecting Batman.

 

I like a film to make me feel something.
Doesn't matter what that feeling is so long as its not boredom.

 

The Joker is a complex character...he’s not all muscles n flicks n ****...it was good to get into his head.

 

Nothing complex in this one. Just a bit mad with an annoying laugh.

 

I’m afraid I have to conclude that Schlem didn’t get the film if he thinks The Joker isn’t a complex individual

Oh for sure, hence why I liked nolans trilogy over all previous batman's. Spose I just liked ledgers take on him more. That pen scene, what a way to introduce a bad guy lol
