Some others i'd like to enter into the debate.

It's hard to shorten it down to just 10.

I like all sorts like classic war films, westerns, gangster films, comedies.

Some others people haven't said.

Classic War films like Zulu, Bridge over the River Kwai, Bridge too far, Battle of Britain, Saving Private Ryan, Platoon, Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket, Black Hawk Down.

Gangster films; Reservoir Dogs, Italian Job (original), Get Carter (original)

British films- Quadrophenia, Brassed Off, Mike Bassett: England Manager, 28 Days Later

Others: Forrest Gump, Zoolander, Austin Powers series, the Bourne Trilogy, Spaghetti Westerns, latest Batman films, Jaws, American History X.

I just watched The Kings Speech on the way back from Hong Kong, you can add that to my list.

I also watched The Expendables, but that's definitely not going on the list. :emoticon-0120-doh:
 
Now: everybody has their favourite films.....as different as is musical tastes.

By the way - one of my all-time faves is "Blade Runner" (Director's Cut).

Blade runner but not the directors cut. You can not change what made you a follower in the first place.

Sexy Beast is a great film, but that bit where the rabbit thing on horseback shoots him is one mad moment. You do NOT want to watch that when you're high.
 
Kez was a classic, I love them british type films. East is East, Bob Rita Sue, Billy Elliot, Scum, Grow your own. Other films I have watched over and over is Spinal Tap, Green Mile, Pulp Fiction, Road to Perdition.
