It's you who has to prove this changing of name is a good thing for the club, or just the Allam's talking out their arses. Your idol has done sod all, but make a tool of himself in the media and yet your questioning our tactics. Interesting.
My idol has saved the club from certain bankruptcy, employed a fantastic manager to get us promoted, and backed him in the transfer market to give him a fighting chance of staving off relegation.
And does that have an relevance in the name change debate? Infact, that all happened when the club was HCAFC. Where's these financial reports he's going to use to show us that it's viable?
What has that got to do with changing the club's name? I think you'll find most would agree with you. All of these things do not mean he is above questioning on anything he proposes.
You lot would question him on EVERYTHING he proposes except of course pumping more money into the club. For example, if he had decided that he wanted to change the nickname instead of the club name, the campaign would now be called Tigers Until I Die, and you would all be placing your orders for your tiger onesies for your next badge session.
I think that's just a complete lie. If you can point me in the direction of any CTWD bile I'll be able to respond to that and we can have a debate. The 'report' button at the bottom of a post only reports that post to the moderators of the particular board the post was made on. If it's the Hull City board it alerts myself, Dutch and Ricardo but no one else. So Dazed, you haven't alerted the rest of the moderators on the site, only us three. If you want to alert other mods the only way to do that is via pm or on their respective boards. They might not care of course.

If you'd read any of my stuff on the finances on CI you'd know that I've questioned him pumping more and more money into the club. By the time he dies we may be well over £100 million in debt to his family. Take your time and have a think about what that means to him, his family and to Hull City AFC. Despite a shortfall of £11 million are you one of the ones demanding a striker in January? If you think that changing the name to Hull Tigers is going to bring in £100 million pounds, or even £10 million you are mistaken. That sort of money comes with sustained success on the football pitch and Champions League football. As EDG said we'll judge his record when he's gone.
