I think it just a team that has been picked in a sort of idle manner, it appears a lot of leagues have been ignored and as a consequence a lot of good players. This is just me playing devils advocate and not an opinion but, lets take cassilas in goal, he has an amazing attack in front of him, an amazing midfield and quite a good defence all in front of him, how would he do playing for say Norwich or us or other equivalent South American Or Asian clubs where he is battered with chances and chances that are dead certs but where the keeper saves them. It is all too easy to sort of go, well we think the spanish league is the best therefore all the best players must be there.
Not that i am overly fussed about this one but just one question, no matter how they did it, just remind me which country the current champions League winners are from? Please dont say that was last season or lucky, they won it fair and square, also i think they beat the mighty Barca ( who did not win their own domestic league, and the league never lies) And yes i am aware this is off topic Ps where are the world club champions from, and yes barca take that comp seriously, its just the english that do not, apparently it a mickey mouse cup, doh

this is a complete bull crap team. why? simply put precisely what did real do to deserve 5 players in the team.. win a domestic league title. What about barca players... a domestic cup? thats harsh obviosuly but lets be real here there was a euros where spain bascially defended and passed it about and won. ok that gets you some bonus but to see wthe whole of bayerns team ignored having destroyed real and seeing even chelsea's players ignored for anti football is a bit rich. There is a very big political game played in this i think. I think only drogba could be considered for that team and of course his diving would put many off putting him in... but think about it if every english player can vote how did they all vote spanish then? For me neuer should have been in the team, then perhaps drogba but certainly i'd like to see someone like the great white hop (roney) put in jsut to annoy all you guys.
Do these 50,000 professional footballers have to watch a certain amount of game time of each player? Or do most of them just go by reputations...?
If you dig up yesterday twitter feeds there were some articles with who everyone picked. Some were good, some were way off the mark. For example, the Georgia national team captain selected Wayne Rooney as the best player in the world. I Think Skrtel didn't even have messi in the top 3, Lucas had Neymar if I remember seeing correct.
Think it shows how the players do have favorites though. I know Ibra thought it should have been Zlatan, Zlatan, Ronaldo.
Favourite player, I have one, would I vote him best player in the world... erm no. Rooney, where did he finish, 50th? Noticed he wasn't in the top 25 list though a sunderland player made top 25
