So my guess is that is not something that involves him. Otherwise it would never see the light of day.
They're going to throw a couple of people under the bus so as to look as if they care and divert attention from the unpublished Garcia report... ...me thinks.
That's what I was thinking, but I don't think it will be - it'll be some poor individual (probably the whistleblowers who came out recently) without the funds to defend themselves. Easy targets.
I am surprised that FIFA should 'cite' the FA: sums up their arrogance and complete lack of reality. To absolve Russian and Qatar of wrong doing is one thing, but to label us as cheating blew any credibility of their press release. At least we should be thankful that FIFA discredited themselves once again.
An Australian woman said that being cited for misdemeanours by FIFA (as she was) is virtually a badge of honour.
On the grounds that the is a criminal investigation underway in Switzerland that will no doubt takes 12 months to review the case and will be dropped...please, how stupid does Blatter think we are...
Might serve a purpose if they could get Blatter to be one of them. Yep, I know. There's more chance of me ending up being able to play the electric guitar better than Jimmy Page.
Blatter now offering to disclose the Garcia report, on the grounds that we (The FA/England/England2018) sign a guarantee of no legal action beforehand.

Would be great if someone could just leak the Garcia report but I guess that could be rather dangerous?
I don't remember the details, but there was talk that we got the 2012 Olympics by accident. Not talking bribes or anything, but France had negotiated with others that there should be strategic voting for London to knock someone else out, but it was then intended that votes would switch in the next round of votes to Paris. However, they got it wrong and we won outright and it never got to the next vote. Funny if true.
