Ahh but his estate is still worth money, and whoever owns it can still sue you! (Happened to a team I worked in recently, got sued by the person who owned some of Dylan Thomas' estate).

Gordon Bennett, we have two 82 year olds working for FIFA. The are damn ancient, granted they aren't as old as Cym, but they are bloody old!
Well I do that every day, but I find I get better results demanding them in person than over the internet!
