The best thing for Ferriby if they want to progress (if is the question) is for them to convince City (Papa Allam) that we should have a training and development camp in between Melton and Ferriby or on the greenbelt between the Humber Bridge and Ferriby where there can be a small stadium built for reserves/Ferriby. Bit like what FC United have planning for.
Allam may have been flippant in saying this because the allotments belong to the Parish Council and they will not sell them.
North Ferriby are technically still behind for this current level, they need to add another so many seats for them to play at Conference North level. So for them to go up again i think they will need investment which i think the Allams would do, but they really are limited to what they can do due to the position of the ground.
Superb news, I was begining to think the bubble had burst after that heavy defeat earlier in the year.
Not really. Lol. But the Conference Premier League is well on the cards come May 2014. NFU joint top and having seen them beat Hednesford by some margin dont rule out top spot. Not really. They are playing very well and deserve to be where they are on merit. I suspect that NFU would get some time to get those done. But having seen some of the grounds at the next level then NFU are ok now. NFU have room to extend the ground and add seats. It is a great time for both Hull and NFU without a doubt. Yes he was. Also went in the local boozer as well by all accounts. One of those days manager Billy Heath said. But for a sloppy late goal @ Brackley (1-1 draw) NFU would be clear top on 27pts now. North Ferriby are just 2 rounds away friom the FAC First round porper. Starting with Runcorn Linnets(2 leagues below Ferriby) @ home this saturday. If as expected NFU win then they could draw Grimsby Town in the final qualy.round OR if they get a smaller club NFU have a great chance of the First round proper.
