I think quite a few teams are bringing major upgrades to this test, should be interesting to see if there's any obvious changes to the order.
I don't expect the general pecking order to change, as all the teams will be upgrading their cars. I do expect some teams to close the gap to the more competitive teams, especially Mercedes.
For all the talk of a mixed up field this year, it doesn't really seem that its going to happen so far does it? Mclaren and Mercedes may be a little off the pace of Ferrari and Red Bull, but they'll get there soon enough. Renault are still going to be the fifth team. Virgin and HRT are still going to be at the back, probably by some distance, and I think Lotus have improved, but are only just going to be on the pace of the midfield. The only real changes are going to be in the midfield, but whilst everyone thinks Toro Rosso have improved, so have Williams, and Sauber, so I'm not expecting too much to change their either! Maybe Force India a little further back? However, we really don't know, and whatever the eventual pecking order, I just really hope its a lot closer! It'd be great if the characteristics of a track could decide which teams do well! And if drivers could really make a difference, which seems harder on a lot of the newer circuits.
Do you mean that each track a team 'gains an advantage' over the others? Sounds good if so, but don't give Bernie any more ideas!!
