    Can't compete with Everton as they are an established team - well this is the line that would be trawled out if anyone ever got to ask the question to Ashley/Charnley..

    On the other hand Fulham are a newly promoted club with a ground half the size of ours yet they can agree £30m deals apparently - "Fulham have agreed £30m deal to sign Marseille midfielder Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa"

    The deal sheet is in apparently, medical still in progress. No doubt someone will come up with some bullshit, an enlarged big toe or summit so he failed it and is now trying to thumb a lift back from the taxi rank at the top of the bigg market!!

    I can only hope That Ashley is trying to make the club more affordable by offsetting some of his current asking price with profit from the window. Honestly considering our net spend which is rediculous I think we have done brilliantly. It's just so frustrating just about treading water when we have so much more potential.
