Well, it is good to see the club is seemingly addressing the issues that are relevant.
 
I see this as a positive move. I think, listening to what Ramsey says at interviews, he is well aware of the precarious position of most managers. Let's hope it drives him and the team to less goals conceded and more games won. I really hope he succeeds. From a distance I like him and wish him well.

I hope CR turns round and tells them he needs at least 1 quality CB and a RB at least because there is no sorting or coaching the current defense into a top 6 side.

That's one of the reasons why we are leaking so many goals I feel. The team has no spine. It seemed that we had the makings of one when we had Green, Onouha, Hall, Henry, Faurlin and Austin through the middle. We had three straight wins and yet CR decided to break up a winning side by bringing in Angella and Toszer straight away and we haven't really recovered since then.

Strange move to drop the CB that just helped kept your first clean sheet of the season. Maybe Rambo has found Harry's squad selection tombola and is putting it to good use....

Finally some fighting talk. We have a got a good squad and we should be pushing near the top. I don't dislike CR but his record is not great and there has to be an improvement.
 
I have said all along that this team should be doing better and that our aim is promotion.
All of this consolidation cr2p is fantasy. I have laughed reading posts saying different.
TF spelt it out yesterday for the doubters. Our board want an instant return to the promised land (Cr2p Sky games full of tourists).
Benny was never the right man and he is now walking on thin ice.
Our defence is shocking and some of our play is Sunday league.
Teams are starting to push ahead and we could be left behind in 3-4 more games.
No excuses, this division is poor and our team should be doing better!
 
In a nutshell...I like the way Chris R wants to play football, fast and attacking, but I do not like the way the defence is managed.
Sort the defence out...and we are in with a shout.
 
No matter what anyone says or has said promotion has always been the target. How can you possibly motivate a squad of players and be positive about a season without targeting the highest possible position. Behind closed doors and at team talks and meetings getting promoted is all that matters. These are professional footballers and they want to be winners and the last promotion is still very fresh to some of this squad.
