The difference being I won't condemn an innocent man till he is proven guilty. If Terry is proven guilty then no Chelsea fan I know would disapprove if he is subsequently found guilty but Terry is a human being and deserves fair trial just as anyone else would be Totally agree mate, sadly he is blinded by club tribalism that seems to be creeping back into football. Now if I were as narrow minded as some, I would accuse all QPR fans of racism because of this but knowing friends, family and work colleagues that are QPR they would all totally condemn this behaviour and don't uphold these views. The people that are using this as a weapon to slander all Chelsea fans with are in my eyes as shameful as the person that sent the bullet One Chelsea fan was arrested after One Journalist alleged he had heard racist abuse on a train. 9 Charlton fans just the other day were arrested for the same thing yet it didn't even make the news. The media will only print what they want people to see. Having been to Charlton away games with a Charlton supporting friend of mine I don't doubt that they in general are well behaved fans but you are always going to have a few mindless idiots at every club. As for Genk again the media twisted the story, a minortiy of Chelsea fans were actually chanting "Anton your a ****" prior to "You know what you are etc". It was taken out of context and I am inclined to give that small group of our away support the benefit of the doubt. Today we've seen Anton Ferdinand targetted by many people, a lot of far right group who have infiltrated this to spread their hate. We are backing Terry because he is innocent thus far until proven otherwise. If he is found guilty then he'll be punished and then we move on. Most rational people will do the same, when all is said and done I don't know a person that hasn't used a racial slur in their lives. In the 60s, 70s, 80s and even 90s it was common, these people haven't just disappeared they are still here. I won't sing any racist songs about Ferdinand, nor will my friend that I go with, you are just being stupid now. We need to deal with the facts and we don't have many of those at the moment. If you want to use this forum to spread your hate that's up to you, but I'd rather remain open minded and rational and urge others to do the same.
I totally understand that and I am very pleased with the warm reception most QPR fans have given me on here. I am genuinely not here to win an argument or anything. This is bigger than winning or losing and bigger than Football. I am just shocked and appalled that someone would do something as horrible as this but more shocked and saddened it has been used as a weapon of hate to slander Chelsea fans without the facts or evidence.

I feel a small bit sorry for Genuine Chelsea fans (I mean a small bit!) they have their hero John Terry he must be their most successfull captain etc and the blokes an absolute scum bag!
DL I said I'd stay away until this circus blows over. However events today show that football is being destroyed by incidents such as this and this greatly saddens me. I love football but tomorrows game has almost nothing to do with the cup now. In many ways I wish this game could be cancelled as there will be no winners tomorrow. Anyone who tars all Chelsea fans with the same brush because of one mindless prat is just as stupid as the person who *allegedly* sent that bullet. I do think there is one person who needs to look at himself and if Terry could keep both his flies and his gob shut this would just be a normal needle match. Now it's at the state that I wouldn't want to take my kids along to be part of the circus. If both clubs had any sense both terry and Ferdinand would miss this game.

74- That picture was taken quite a while ago and was circulated in the press at the time. I feel pretty certain it wasn't faked as i'm sure the lovely gentleman in it would of sued more than one national paper. Saying that it probably would be worth taking it off 'cos its probably just fanning the flames.

I completely condemn what has happened and hope the guilty party is dealt with severely and I'm sure the large majority are in agreement with me. I feel very sorry for Anton and have no idea why this has happened.
