Is he injured or what ffs? I've read he's having an operation, but now he's playing for Belgium this week, which is it?
Man Utd's Marouane Fellaini set to play for Belgium in cast - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24434863
He could be out up to 6 weeks when he has surgery on his wrist - http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...490&utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter
Can't he just play with a cast? I mean a WRIST INJURY shouldn't really affect his playing of FOOTball that much should it?
Broken my wrist, makes it hard to hold up shield the ball and of course you spend the time being wary of knocking it. Pretty sure mine healed in around 4 weeks though.
I guess different folks heal differently. I broke my wrist and played with a cast for 2 weeks. But I guess if it requires surgery it would take longer. Though 7 weeks seems a bit much IMO
7 does seem a really long time, **** wearing a cast for that long I was pissed off with it after a day.
Think it depends how its broken. Mine was a fracture, played 2 games on it before I got a cast. Healed in about 4 weeks, or the cast off and wore a brace for another 2-4 weeks. I imagine if Fellaini is having surgery that they're going to have break his wrist all the way and then reset it, which I guess would take longer.
