Just spotted this on the bbc website transfer deadline day page thingy.

Bournemouth chairman Eddie Mitchell has told BBC Radio Solent that it is now "unlikely" there will be any movement in or out at Dean Court. Millwall had made a bid for Liam Feeney, while the Cherries were hoping to sign a striker but both moves have broken down.

Will this spur a move for Townsend? (like the pun!)

<yikes> this seemed a done deal but you really never know in the window madness! <doh>

Watch this space though as it could be just all talk <ok>
