Good evening Tottenham fans, I am taking my son to the Lane on Thursday (he is a huge Spurs fan), and as it is a while since I came to Spurs on public transport I was hoping you might be able to offer some advice on the best way to get to the ground
High speed link from Ashford International into London then pick up the Vicky Line up to Seven Sisters. 25 minutes walk up the High Road or two and and half hours if you show him the pubs on the way up. You can do Charing Cross on the snail train, pick up the Circle Line to Liverpool Street and overground to Bruce Grove, which is only 15 minutes walk but the train is slow and painful. Avoid the busses unless you are leaving early. You can walk faster than the bus at that time in the evening.
I guess Sherwood has little choice but to pick his strongest team and hope for the best. I still wish he would have picked all non starters to descend into the civil war.
