I think it would have been a much more fitting tribute to Tom Finney had 60,000 kept there mouths shut for 60 seconds. The chanting of his name could have been done once the minutes silence was up. Had the whole 60,000 crowd actually been silent, it would have been a lot more respectful, and as I've already said, the one Tom Finney chants could have been done afterwards. It was a case of some fans ignoring the minutes silence, so other fans started singing his name to hide the fact the minutes silence wasn't being observed
Shergar, whatever mate, but I'm old school and I'm from Liverpool(don't know where your from)and when we were top dogs pre Fergie I felt the same way about Utd as I do now, i hate them in a footballing sense due to the rivalry between the club's and the two City's, I never make reference to Munich because to do so would be disrespectful to those that lost their lives playing the game they and us love, if you hate Liverpool as a city/club so much that you revel in their deaths of our supporters I can deal with that provided you're open and honest.
