    City had a tough group, so they can be excused given it's their first season.

    For United, especially given how it should have been a breeze, this is inexcuseable.

    Mercy killing. Barca would've murdered us.

    All started with Fergie convincing himself that Fletcher was good enough to play for United. The midfield's never been the same since.

    Congrats Sir Alex and the club that has kept faith with you through thick and thin. I've never liked Manure but I'm happy to admit they've flown the flag for this country when it mattered and set an example to cheque-book owners like Chelsea and the Filth. Tonight they suffered a setback. So what?
