man-u need to splash some cash i think, their home grown players havnt been good enough for their 1st team for years and rooney & vidic are the only world class players they have really. still cant believe they replaced ronaldo with valencia... they got £80m for ronaldo.. and spent £15m or so on valencia... who is no way a world class winger.
Barca were so on top, we must seriously think about changing our feeder club. Can we get Barca to loan us some players?
Barca would be a parent club, not feeder. Plus, who needs an official parent/feeder? Look at our recent activity with Man Utd.
Ji-Sung Park and Michael Carrick seemed to be having a competition for "worst performance in a European Cup Final ever".
far be it from me to tell ferguson how to manage a team, but playing 2 central midfielders, one of whom is 38..against barcas 3 was only going to end one way... time to retire methinks
The best story on there is - Manchester United’s Nani ‘out for weeks’ with damaged vagina
Parks the perfect player for the Premier League, runs all day and covers all the gaps, bit of a posh Marney if you like, but put him up against a team that can play football then he looks like a headless chicken. Man U need a creative player like the Scholes of old and a Keano type before they will ever be a great team again. It made me laugh last night when the commentators were saying Fletcher could make a difference, this is how far they are short at the moment.
Did Hernandez even touch the ball last night? It was a great game, the best CL final in a while. The scary thing is that most Barca team could still play for another 7 years. I would LOVE to see Messi play in the PL. I doubt he will ever leave Barca, but you never know.
Of course, some clogging bastard would smash his legs up....(" 'Skill', boss? I thought you said 'kill' ")
I said it in January and I'll say it again, they're surely one of the "worst" teams ever to win the League Title (an oxymoron I know, but you catch my drift I'm sure).
