To be fair there is probably some sort of vegan scrambled egg(which admittedly isn't egg) that you don't have to break any eggs for.

When I lived in Taiwan there was lots of tofu, I was never a fan of it. I much preferred the jellyfish and seahorses.It's basically scrambled tofu. I do not recommend it.
